Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?
Yes, you may change or cancel your order after you've placed it.
You MUST contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to change an address, remove items, or cancel the order entirely.
After 4 hours we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel your order because the items may have already been packed for shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Step 1. Email us at [email protected] or start a Live Chat.
Step 2. Share the following details:
- The name and email address you used to place your order
- What items you would like to remove or cancel
- If you are changing a shipping address, make sure to share the new shipping address you would like your items sent to in your email.
Step 3. Our customer service team will immediately cancel the order and issue a full refund.
