Which payment types do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, Shop Pay, and all other Major Credit and Debit Cards.

If you prefer to pay over the phone, please call our Customer Support line anytime between 9am and 4PM Central Time and one of our Customer Care Team members can help you place your order.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes! We have two Buy Now Pay Later providers: Shop Pay and Sezzle. 

This means, instead of paying the entire order value upfront, you can split your order into 4 easy monthly payments.

Do you accept PayPal?

We currently do not accept Paypal, but we do accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, and major credit and debit cards.

Are there any surcharges?

For customers located in the United States, Sales Tax may be applied to your order depending on the shipping location. 

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. However, they can take up to 10 business days. This delay is based on your bank or payment provider and is out of our control. 

Do you offer gift receipts?

No, we do not offer gift receipts at this time. But, we do allow gift recipients to return products. All they have to do is email us with the name / email of the original order and we can process the return. 

Does your website protect my data?

YES! All of your information is safe and secure. We take your privacy very seriously. It is our first priority to protect your information by using SSL encryption. What that means to you is that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. We use the same type of encryption that is used by banks, and all payments are handled directly by 3rd party payment processors. So, we NEVER see or store your credit card information.
