What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for a full refund on the product price. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to request a return. We will process your return payment once we receive the returned items.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


  • We cannot accept any returns for shipments outside the continental United States. However, you are always protected by the Superbrand Promise. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will ship you a new one, free of charge! 


Can I return items if I change my mind?

Yes! You have 30 days to decide if you want to return the item. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to request a return. We will process your return payment once we receive the returned items.


How do I start a product return?

Step 1: To start a return, email us at [email protected]

Step 2: Our support team will send instructions and where to send the return item. 

Step 3: Send the return item(s) to our Returns Warehouse. 


Step 4: Once the return item as been received, please allow for 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

In short, all you need to do to start your return is email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.


Important Returns Information: Product returns must be sent to our returns warehouse. We do NOT list our return warehouse address online, any address you see online is NOT our returns address. To return a product, you must email us at [email protected]. Our support team will provide instructions and our returns warehouse mailing address.


How long will it take to process a return? 

Your refund should be initiated within 3 business days of the delivery of the item to our return center. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.




Do you offer refunds?

Yes! If your product is lost in the mail, damaged, or defective we will happily issue you a full refund. Please just let us know within 30 days of your order.

Please note, we can only offer refunds on items that arrive damaged, defective, or are returned in good condition. We CANNOT offer refunds on products that have already shipped. If your product has already been shipped, you must return it to be eligible for a refund.
