Where do you ship?
We ship to over 40 countries in America, Europe and Asia.
Our primary shipping locations include:
- United States
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
We also ship to nearly every country in Europe. If you do not see your country listed here, that does not mean that we cannot ship to you.
To see if we can deliver SuperBrandTools to your country, simply visit our online store, proceed to checkout, and enter your address. There you will be able to see shipping prices, and if we can ship to your address.

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries in America, Europe and Asia.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Usually delivered in 12 business days or less via USPS with tracking.
Priority Shipping: Usually delivered in 5 business days or less via USPS with tracking.
Make sure to select "Priority Shipping" at checkout to get fastest shipping from our US warehouse. Priority shipping is only available to US customers.
What is your shipping policy?
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
- We offer two shipping methods, Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping.
- Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Every order comes with tracking.
- If your order is ever lost in transit before delivery, we will replace it for free.

How do I track my order?
Step 1. Copy your Order Number and Email Address, or Tracking Number.
(We will send your tracking number via email within 5 days after your order date).

Step 3. Paste either your Order Number and Email Address, or Tracking Number into the fields on the page.
Step 4. Press the "Track" button to view the shipping and delivery updates.
What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?
What if my product was damaged during shipment?
Please note that you will have to provide us with:
1. Picture of the damaged item.
2. Picture of the damaged packaging.
