Where do you ship?

We ship to over 40 countries in America, Europe and Asia.

Our primary shipping locations include:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Netherlands
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Finland


We also ship to nearly every country in Europe. If you do not see your country listed here, that does not mean that we cannot ship to you. 

To see if we can deliver SuperBrandTools to your country, simply visit our online store, proceed to checkout, and enter your address. There you will be able to see shipping prices, and if we can ship to your address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries in America, Europe and Asia. 


How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies based on the shipping method you select at checkout. 

Standard Shipping: Usually delivered in 12 business days or less via USPS with tracking.
Priority Shipping: Usually delivered in 5 business days or less via USPS with tracking. 

Make sure to select "Priority Shipping" at checkout to get fastest shipping from our US warehouse. Priority shipping is only available to US customers.
 


What is your shipping policy?

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD. 
  • We offer two shipping methods, Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Every order comes with tracking. 
  • If your order is ever lost in transit before delivery, we will replace it for free.  


How and when does Free Shipping apply?

Free shipping is available on all US and International orders made on our online store over $100 USD. 

Free shipping may not be available on special offers or promotional pages where discounts are already applied.  

How do I track my order?

Step 1. Copy your Order Number and Email Address, or Tracking Number.
(We will send your tracking number via email within 5 days after your order date).


Step 2. Visit our tracking page here: https://superbrandtools.com/apps/tracking


Step 3. Paste either your Order Number and Email Address, or Tracking Number into the fields on the page.


Step 4. Press the "Track" button to view the shipping and delivery updates.


What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?

Please note, at times USPS does indicate that a package was delivered one day prior to the actual delivery due to their volume. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we recommend waiting one more day before.

If after three (3) days since your delivery confirmation and you still not receive an order that USPS states was delivered, this package may be lost or stolen, please reach out to us ASAP via [email protected] and one of our Customer Care team members will help you.


What if my product was damaged during shipment?

If your SuperBrandTools order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team by Clicking Here. 

Please note that you will have to provide us with:

1. Picture of the damaged item.

2. Picture of the damaged packaging.

**The damaged item will have to be returned to our return address provided by our Customer Support Team**


Customs clearance / refusing shipment delivery:

Some times when we ship product internationally, items are held in customs and require remittance of VAT, GST, or other forms of taxes that must be paid by the customer before delivery. Please note that you are responsible for paying taxes imposed by your country (if applicable).

Also, note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $5/shipment will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
