I would like to make a warranty claim. What do I do?

To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at [email protected]. In your warranty claim email you must provide valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. Alternatively, you may provide the following: email address, order number, and date of original purchase.

My warranty has expired. Can I still make a claim?

Unfortunately we cannot accept warranty claims on purchases outside of the warranty date. However, if you feel your claim is still valid, you may email us at [email protected].
