In your warranty claim email you must provide valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. Alternatively, you may provide the following: email address, order number, and date of original purchase.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="my-warranty-has-expired-can-i-still-make-a-claim">My warranty has expired. Can I still make a claim?</h3><p>Unfortunately we cannot accept warranty claims on purchases outside of the warranty date.
