We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. Discounted items are not eligible for free shipping. Faster priority shipping is available for a fee.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries in America, Europe and Asia. Shipping prices for shipping to your country are automatically calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! All SuperBrandTools come with a 90-Day "Everything's Covered" warranty.

That means if it breaks in 90 days, we'll replace it free. Select products in our catalog also include a free extended 365-Day warranty.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order after you've placed it.

You MUST contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to make a change to your order.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Step 2. Share the following details:
The name and email address you used to place your order 
What items you would like to remove or cancel 
If you are changing a shipping address, share the new shipping address.
Step 3. Our customer service team will immediately make the changes requested.
